Refund policy

Important Notes:

At Kaiju Collects, we strive to provide accurate descriptions and high-quality images of all our trading cards. Due to the collectible nature of our products, all sales are generally considered final. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. Please review our strict Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase:

1. General Policy: No Returns for Buyer's Remorse

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer's remorse, changes of mind, or accidental orders. Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase.

2. Damaged or Defective Items:

Sealed Products: If you receive a damaged or defective sealed product (e.g., booster box, pack), you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage to the unopened product and the shipping packaging. We will assess the situation and, if deemed valid, offer a replacement or, if a replacement is unavailable, a store credit.

Single Cards: Due to the nature of grading, we do not generally accept returns on single cards. If a single card arrives damaged in a way that significantly deviates from the provided description and photos, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence. Returns for single cards will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and approved only for gross misrepresentation of condition. Minor differences in condition from the photos and description are not grounds for return.
Return Shipping: For approved returns of damaged or defective items, we may provide a prepaid shipping label. If a return is approved on other grounds, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

3. Order Discrepancies:

If you receive an incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the incorrect item received. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return of the incorrect item and ship the correct item upon receipt.

4. Unauthorized Returns:

Any items returned without prior authorization from Kaiju Collects will not be accepted or refunded.

5. Refund Processing:

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, if possible. In some cases, store credit will be issued.

6. Grading Disputes:

We endeavor to provide accurate descriptions and high-quality photos to illustrate the card's condition. We do not accept returns or issue refunds based on differences of opinion regarding card grading. This includes third-party opinions on grading.

7. Digital Items:

All sales of digital items and codes are final. We do not accept returns or refunds on digital products.

We reserve the right to refuse any return or refund request that does not comply with this policy.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
